Tips

You’re always welcome to drop-off or pickup anytime 7am-7pm (Monday-Saturday). But, there are some ideal times that optimize the overall kennel experience for you, your dogs, and us.

    • When possible, try to drop-off a little before or at the start of a play session. That way, they get to play right away instead of having to start their day on a break. As such, the best times to drop-off during the week would be: 7:00-7:45, 10:20, 12:50, or 3:20
    • Pickups work best starting about 15 minutes after a play session ends. Transition times can get a little wild, especially when someone shows up at the gate as we’re going into the kennel. Once everyone is settled, the pickup process will be much smoother for everyone. As such, the best times to pickup during the week would be: 9:15-10:20, 12:15-12:50, 2:45-3:20, or 4:45-7:00.
    • On school days, High School traffic backs up past our driveway between 7:45-8:15. Coming before or after that time may save you some headache and road-rage.
    • If you need to pickup up during a play session, please give us a heads up with an estimated time via text. That will hopefully allow us to get them separated from the group for a quicker exchange.
